Prasad

Food offered to the Lord and shared with devotees is central to ashram life, and our kitchen prepares pure vegetarian, satvik prasad every single day. Meals are cooked with simplicity and devotion, avoiding onion, garlic, and heavily processed ingredients, in keeping with satvik tradition.
The dining hall welcomes all devotees and guests staying at the ashram, as well as visitors who wish to partake in prasad after darshan. Meals are served at set times through the day, and the kitchen team takes care to ensure freshness and hygiene at every step, from preparation to serving.
Sadhu seva — feeding sants and visiting devotees — holds special importance here, and the ashram regularly organizes seva meals as an offering of service and gratitude. Fresh ingredients, simple recipes, and a spirit of seva come together in every plate that leaves the kitchen.
If you are staying at the ashram, prasad timings will be shared with you on arrival. Guests are welcome to join for meals during their visit, and contributions toward the prasad seva are always gratefully received.
